Rowland Abonta & Co is an indigenous firm of Chartered Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Nigeria. We are corporate members of NIESV and RICS with our head office in Abuja and branches across three other locations in Nigeria; Portharcourt, Owerri, Minna and Kano. Over the past 25 years, we have delivered professional real estate services to both the private and public sector. Our services include; Property Valuation and Appraisal, Management, Agency, Feasibility and Viability Appraisal, Project Management, Property Rating and Taxation and general Real Estate Consultancy.
